Components and Structure of a Salt Spray Test Chamber Author:LINPIN Update Time:2025-03-24 Source:LINPIN The salt spray test chamber consists of the following components: chamber body, spray device, nozzles, liquid supply pipe, compressed air pipe, air saturation barrel, circuit breaker, heating tubes and temperature sensors, and a sample support device. Main Structures: Chamber Body: Made of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, anti-aging, and high-strength PP (polypropylene) hard plastic board. Spray Device: Utilizes quartz glass nozzles with small apertures that are prone to clogging if used improperly. Air Saturation Barrel: Constructed from imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304). Compressed Air Pipe: Made of high-quality rubber tubing. Temperature Sensor: Equipped with a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor. Heating Tubes: Titanium alloy heating tubes. Liquid Supply Pipe: Designed with a storage container for the test solution to ensure the suction pump head remains stable during testing. Circuit Breaker: A Schneider compact circuit breaker (to prevent control circuit short circuits). Sample Support Device: Secures samples with brackets to maintain their position within the salt spray zone, preventing contact between samples and eliminating the risk of contact corrosion.
