Main Structures:

  1. Chamber Body: Made of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, anti-aging, and high-strength PP (polypropylene) hard plastic board.
  2. Spray Device: Utilizes quartz glass nozzles with small apertures that are prone to clogging if used improperly.
  3. Air Saturation Barrel: Constructed from imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304).
  4. Compressed Air Pipe: Made of high-quality rubber tubing.
  5. Temperature Sensor: Equipped with a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor.
  6. Heating Tubes: Titanium alloy heating tubes.
  7. Liquid Supply Pipe: Designed with a storage container for the test solution to ensure the suction pump head remains stable during testing.
  8. Circuit Breaker: A Schneider compact circuit breaker (to prevent control circuit short circuits).
  9. Sample Support Device: Secures samples with brackets to maintain their position within the salt spray zone, preventing contact between samples and eliminating the risk of contact corrosion.
