What to Do If the Salt Spray Chamber Leaks Salt Spray?

Generally, all circuits in a salt spray chamber are equipped with circuit breakers, and all heaters are fitted with electronic and mechanical overheat protection devices. This enhances the efficiency of taking immediate and effective measures before a malfunction occurs, preventing harm to personnel and the surrounding environment. The safety factor is very high. The entire chamber is molded and welded at high temperatures, making it corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-free. The tower-style spray system includes a salt solution filtration system, ensuring no nozzle crystallization and uniform salt spray distribution. The sedimentation volume can be freely adjusted. The chamber cover is made of transparent material, allowing clear visibility of the test items inside and the spray conditions.

However, nothing is absolute. Previously, some customers reported issues with salt spray leakage. After an in-depth investigation, we identified the following causes:

1. Some customers forgot to add water to the sealing tank, resulting in salt spray overflow.
2. Some customers forced oversized samples into the chamber, preventing the cover from closing tightly and causing salt spray leakage.
3. The chamber cover was deformed due to heavy objects or collisions during transportation, leading to salt spray leakage.
