Knowledge Popularization of Large Walk-in Non-standard Test Chambers Author:LINPIN Update Time:2025-04-14 Source:LINPIN Large walk-in non-standard laboratories are commonly used experimental devices. However, knowledge about these devices and their structures is not very clear. So today, I will share some information on this topic after browsing relevant materials. During the testing process of large walk-in non-standard laboratories, there are certain conditions that need to be paid attention to. The temperature and humidity ranges are clearly defined, and these are variable. The temperature range is -40℃ to 60℃, and the humidity range is 45% to 98% RH. However, under normal circumstances, the temperature range should be -40℃ to 80℃, and the humidity range should be 30% to 98% RH. Of course, we must not overlook the uniformity within the chamber, which is also a very critical factor. It should be controlled within ±0.5℃/±2℃. After understanding the above knowledge, the precision range of the laboratory also needs to be mastered. There are two steps for precision: First is the setting precision: temperature ±0.1℃, humidity ±1% RH; second is the indication precision: temperature ±0.1℃, humidity ±1% RH. Next, I will briefly introduce the box material of the large walk-in non-standard laboratory. The outer box is made of high-quality carbon steel plate, which is treated with phosphating and electrostatic spraying. The inner box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate. In addition, there is thermal insulation cotton to maintain the temperature. The most important core of this laboratory is the "refrigeration system," which plays a pivotal role in the device.
